July 12, 2024I invite you to join me for a virtual breath workshop in June. In our time
together, we will spend 20 minutes learning and practicing several
different breathing techniques with a focus on mental wellness. We will
meet beginning Tuesday, June 6th at 12:05 pm – 12:25 (central standard
time) .
Our schedule will be 12:05 pm – 12:25 pm with the following dates:
Tuesday, June 6th – Friday, June 9th
Monday, June 12th – Friday, June 16th
Monday, June 19th – Friday, June 23rd
*Consistency is key in* getting the most out of this experience, so I
encourage you to show up to every single session
